to the infinity - and beyond this moment

Hi Reader,

I was in a coaching session,

The person, an entrepreneur who had a track records of large business operation, had a burning question:

"How can I turn my spiritual learning and practice into results, business partnership and hard cash?"

It's important to know - this desire of his came from a deep place of love.

Love for his family. Hey, we all need to pay bills.

Love for his clients. He believed that their mission to raise emotional and mental well-being and was committed to be part of it.

Love for humanity. He longed to reach those who were suffering and gently put a reassuring hand on their shoulders, offering real tools that help.

But,

The process was slow.

The contracts weren't flowing.

The cash? Not pouring in.

This is a busy and noisy market.

Personal development has evolved far beyond what I stepped into 18 years ago.

Meditation, Yoga and Energy work... they are all now marketed as tools for success.

But when these tools failed to deliver the promise, what then?

Here is the first truth:

I don't have an answer to guarantee the results

And I can guarantee you - no one else does, either.

(Even the best of the best manifestation coach can't promise you'll get the exact the desire results in exactly when you want them.)

We are spiritual beings, NOT spiritual tools.

One of the essences of human life is its unpredictability -

Fascinating, isn't it?

Disturbing, too.

The bottom line is,

the obsession with results and control; the fear for not getting what we want can actually contract our energy.

Contraction cuts us up off from receiving.

From creating.

From magnetizing!

I don't know about you.

But if I let this downward spiral take over, it will run my day and night.

If you are a corporate executive, a solo/entrepreneur or even a mom who holds high expectations for herself...

We all know the pressure.

The need to control.

The need to see results.

The need to have things go our way all the time.

So, what can we do?

You can start with the Rich List Practice.

And,

You can remind yourself of one truth,

You will die; so will I.

Now, this isn't to depress you.

This is a call to presence.

A call to embrace that the ONLY ONE CERTAINTY in this life - our final day will come.

When you are really, truly, willing to embody this truth,

At the same time, you also embody your innate capacity to meet everything else with openness, with ease with a powerful ability to attract what you want.

Let's break it down.

Seconds make up our lives.

We move through a second, the the next, util the last.

We breathe one breath, the the next util the last.

We MUST move beyond constantly to create life.

That includes business, money, relationships, promotions, holidays, children...

This is the rhythm of the universe.

When we vibrate in sync with the universe, we call in magic.

When we are fixated on one thing - a particular result, a person, a deal, an amount, a timeline...

Our vision narrows.

Our mind, body and soul freeze.

We stop moving.

And what is that, if not...death??!!

That's why the Rich list, why we dream.

Not to feel the lack.

Not to obsess over results.

Not to chase the next shiny object.

But to hold a "beyond" point that keep us in motion no matter what.

The beyond doesn't have to be outward.

Sometimes, it's inward.

Sometimes, it's stillness. (paradoxical, isn't it?!)

When our gaze is locked right in front of us, we only see the ground.

When we lift our gaze, a horizon opens.

With it, we give space for our current obsession to breath - to live.

We allow us to move forward without that specific result.

Remember, life is unpredictable.

And the Universe? Non-linear.

Try imagining these duo trying to fit in our little mind box of expectations?

Well, at least I can't. Could you?

But what if these two are dancing FOR you?

And there is never a box?

It's hard. I know.

Not getting the contract or promotion we want.

Not having the raise or money we want.

Not receiving the love, recognition, praise we want.

Not closing the clients we want.

There is an endless list of things in life to feel disappointed about, to fixated on.

How do you feel when you do that?

How much longer do you want to stay in it?

Aren't you curious... what's beyond?

Buzz Lightyear knew it all along,

"To the infinity and beyond."

So...What's beyond for you?

Be love and be loved,

Shuang-Min

P.S. We’re all moving beyond something.

Hi Reader, A close of mine used to argue with me, trying to win the title of "True Overthinker" between us two. Believe, being proud of my competitive nature I had no intention to lose in this debate. Of course, we couldn't open each other's scalp and take out the brain to weight or to count the thoughts to decide who were the best overthinker. We typed as fast as we could into chatbox. My inner wisdom finally got hold of me, "Why are we arguing this? Overthinking is really not something to...
